When Performance Reviews are Made. 3.1 Calculations and performance reviews made pursuant to this Schedule in the case of P/F or P/B shall be made on an aggregate basis with respect to all Passages during the relevant performance period (“Performance Period”) and shall be completed as soon as possible after the end of each Performance Period.
