Wellness Allowance. In order to facilitate Employees obtaining cancer screening according to NFPA 1582 and any successor document, effective the first full pay period following July 1, 2021, each Employee shall receive a one-time increase to annual base pay rates in the amount of five hundred dollars ($500.00). This increase shall be applied before any cost of living adjustment. Further, effective the first full pay period following July 1, 2024, each Employee shall receive a one-time increase to annual base pay rates in the amount of two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00). This increase shall be applied before any cost of living adjustment.
