Common use of Well Pump Clause in Contracts

Well Pump. This Agreement covers all components of well pump, provided the well is the primary water source to the covered home. Exluded: (i)holding and storage tanks; (ii) piping or electrical lines (iii) booster pumps;

Well Pump. This Agreement covers all components of well pump, provided the well is the primary water source to the covered home. ExludedThis Agreement does NOT cover the following list of modules, components and parts relating to the well pump: (i)holding i) well casings; (ii) holding and storage tanks; (iiiii) piping or electrical lines leading to or connecting pressure tank and covered home; (iiiiv) re-drilling of ▇▇▇▇▇; (v) booster pumps;; and (vi) components for geothermal/heat pumps.
