Common use of WELFARE TRUST FUND Clause in Contracts

WELFARE TRUST FUND. Section 1. On work covered by this Agreement, the Employer agrees to pay into the Indiana Laborers Welfare Fund the amount in cents per hour as shown in Article XXIX. Payment shall be made on the dates, in the manner, form and in accordance with the rules and regulations as adopted by the Trustees of the herein mentioned Welfare Fund. Section 2. The Employer agrees to be bound by the Agreement and Declaration of Trust, entered into and dated May 25, 1953, establishing the Indiana State District Council of Laborers and Hod Carriers Welfare Fund and Participating Employers and by any amendments to said Trust Agreement. Section 3. The Welfare Trust Fund shall be administered in accordance with all provisions of applicable law. Section 1. The Employer agrees to be bound by the Agreement and Declaration of Trust entered into and dated June 1, 1960, establishing the Construction Workers Pension Trust Fund and Participating Employers and by any amendments to said Trust Agreement. Section 3. The Pension Trust Fund shall be administered in accordance with all provisions of applicable law.
