Weekend Provisions. (a) Weekend Scheduling Work schedules will be prepared and posted for sign-up by all employees on a seniority basis. In cases where an employee has significant personal circumstances which cause her/him to be unable to work weekends, every reasonable effort will be made to accommodate the affected employee. Such accommodation will be within the constraints of meeting the Employer’s business needs without incurring additional costs. Failing resolution, the shift will be filled in the order of reverse seniority.
