Common use of Weekend Charters Clause in Contracts

Weekend Charters. Will be defined as all charter work commencing or returning after 5:00 p.m. of the last school day of the school week or prior to 6:00 a.m the first school day of the school week and going West of Chatham. Summer Weekend Charters will be defined as all charters work commencing or returning after 5:00 p.m. on the last work day of the week or prior to 6:00 a.m., the first work day of the week and going West of Chatham.
