Web Site Accessibility Sample Clauses

Web Site Accessibility. Vendor agrees that any web-based services provided by Vendor substantially comply with the accessibility guidelines of Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and with the current version of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and shall promptly respond to and resolve any accessibility complaints received from the University or from web-site users.
