Common use of WEB-ACCESS Clause in Contracts

WEB-ACCESS. Vendor will accept University credentials via (ex: Active Directory, Secure LDAP, etc.). Vendor will implement timely updates addressing any security vulnerabilities in its online system, whether discovered by Vendor, reported to Vendor, or disclosed by other parties. Failure to correct security vulnerabilities shall be grounds for termination of this Agreement. Web client access will support, and will continue to support, current versions of Internet Explorer, FireFox, Chrome, and Safari, running on Windows, MacOS, iOS, and other major internet browsers not yet developed, and will require no non‐default plug‐ins or extensions.
