Common use of Weather Days Clause in Contracts

Weather Days. Adverse Weather conditions are those wherein the weather satisfies all of the following conditions: (1) unusually severe precipitation, sleet, snow, hail, heat, or cold conditions in excess of the norm for the location and time of year it occurred, (2) unanticipated, and (3) at the Project.
