Common use of Weather Days Clause in Contracts

Weather Days. Adverse Weather conditions are those wherein the weather satisfies all of the following conditions: (1) unusually severe precipitation, sleet, snow, hail, heat, or cold conditions in excess of the norm for the location and time of year it occurred, (2) unanticipated, and (3) at the Project. Delays due to Adverse Weather will only be permitted in compliance with any applicable provisions in the Agreement and only if the number of days of Adverse Weather exceeds the following parameters and Contractor can verify that the excess days of Adverse Weather caused delays: January 6 July 0 February 7 August 0 March 5 September 1 April 3 October 2 May 2 November 2 June 1 December 4
