Weather Days. i. No additional time will be granted for weather days associated with this Contract. All Work must be completed by the specified Contract dates, including the dates for each phase and milestone. However, weather events that are exceptionally irregular are excluded. An exceptional weather event shall be defined as an event that prevents work on one (1) or more critical path activities within the baseline schedule for ten (10) or more consecutive planned workdays. The eleventh (11th) consecutive planned workday prevented from occurring by an exceptional irregular weather event shall be grounds for requesting a time extension.
