Weather Data Clause Samples

Typically, it specifies the sources of weather data, such as official meteorological services, and outlines the procedures for verifying weather conditions that may impact project timelines or obligations. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear and objective basis for referencing weather events, thereby reducing disputes and providing a fair mechanism for addressing delays or damages caused by adverse weather.
