WCB. Leave 1. Teachers prevented from performing their regular work with the Employer on account of an occupational accident that is recognized by the Workers’ Compensation Board as compensable within the meaning of the Workers Compensation Act, shall receive from the Employer the difference between the amount payable by the Workers' Compensation Board and their regular salary to a maximum of six (6) months, provided that such teacher shall not be entitled to use their sick leave credits for time lost during the said six (6) month period by reason of any such disability. 2.
