Waterproofing. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall have absolutely no liability or responsibility as to any waterproofing, leaks, water damage or drainage issues. Any damage due by water proofers, roofers, green wall manufacturer or any other reason other than ▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ direct fault will be billable to CLIENT.
