Water Level. LESSEE UNDERSTANDS THAT THE WATER LEVEL IN THE LAKE WILL NOT BE CONSTANT. THE LAKE IS A WATER CONSERVATION AND HYDROELECTRIC POWER PROJECT, AND, WHILE IT IS THE DESIRE OF BRAZOS RIVER AUTHORITY TO KEEP THE LAKE AS FULL AS POSSIBLE, THE LEVEL OF WATER WILL VARY, DEPENDING ON THE AMOUNT OF WATER USED FROM THE LAKE, EVAPORATION RATES, AMOUNT OF RAINFALL AND RUNOFF IN THE BRAZOS RIVER BASIN UPSTREAM, AND OTHER FACTORS. DURING A SEVERE DROUGHT WATER LEVEL MAY DROP AS MUCH AS THIRTY FEET (30’) OR MORE BELOW THE FULL LAKE LEVEL.
Water Level. It is the customer’s responsibility to maintain the water level. We cannot be responsible for any equipment damages or other issues that arise as the result of low water level in the pool.

  • Staffing Levels To the extent legislative appropriations and PIN authorizations allow, safe staffing levels will be maintained in all institutions where employees have patient, client, inmate or student care responsibilities. In July of each year, the Secretary or Deputy Secretary of each agency will, upon request, meet with the Union, to hear the employees’ views regarding staffing levels.
