Common use of Watch Commander Clause in Contracts

Watch Commander. In the absence of a sergeant, the Corporal will serve as the shift supervisor, except if they are actively training as an FTO, another qualified officer on the shift may serve as shift supervisor. If two or more Corporals are working the same shift, the most senior Corporal will generally serve as the shift supervisor. However, this may be overridden by a sergeant or other higher-ranking supervisor.
