Wastewater Collection System Certification. a. Employees who work in and around live sewers in the operation and maintenance program and who hold a Wastewater Collection System Certification from the State of Oregon shall receive a premium of $0.25 per hour for each certification level above Level I for all hours worked when assigned to sewer crews (i.e. Level II $0.25, Level III $0.50, Level IV $0.75).
