WASTE MINIMIZATION AND SOURCE REDUCTION. DOE will continue to develop and maintain facility-wide and project specific waste minimization, source reduction and ALARA programs for all waste forms including radioactive wastes. DOE will provide the State an opportunity to review the annual programs and will provide the State updated plans.
