Common use of Washing of Equipment Clause in Contracts

Washing of Equipment. NO equipment is to be washed directly onto the ground, onto the road, into the storm water catch-pits, into any surrounding vegetation or into any of the wetland/river systems. In addition, the contractor is to ensure that no cement water accidentally finds its way into any of the above mentioned areas. The following rules apply with respect to the washing of equipment:
