Warranty or Other Claims. (a) Neither the Company nor any Seller knows of any existing or threatened claims, or any facts upon which a claim is likely to be asserted, against the Company for services provided or merchandise which is defective or fails to meet any service or product warranties. No claim has been asserted against the Company for material renegotiation or price redetermination of any business transaction, and neither the Company nor any Seller has knowledge of any facts upon which any such claim is likely to be asserted.
