Warranties of the Share Providers. The warranties in this clause 4.8 shall be deemed to have been repeated as at each Notice Date, as at each Closing Date and as at each date on which Ordinary Shares are issued or delivered to the Purchaser’s Settlement System account pursuant to this Agreement with reference to the facts and circumstances existing on that date.
