Notice Date. The date, as specified in any tender offer made by the Company, by which Members choosing to tender Interests for repurchase must notify the Company of their intent.

Prior to the dissemination of any Notice, the Settlement Administrator shall cause copies of the Settlement Agreement, Long Form Notice, Summary Notice, and Claim Form, in forms available for download, to be posted on a website developed for the Settlement (“Settlement Website”). The Settlement Website shall also include a toll-free telephone number, email address, and mailing address through which Settlement Class Members may contact the Settlement Administrator directly.
