Warranties assignment and warranties administration delegation The Customer shall delegate to AIRBUS, its Affiliates and/or subsidiaries its right to make Claims and to receive any payment pursuant to the warranties and guarantees on the FHS Components which have been or will be installed on all the Aircraft covered under this Agreement at any point in time before or after the Start date.
