Warranties and Guaranties. The Contributor shall cause the LLC not to release or modify any warranties or guarantees, if any, of manufacturers, suppliers and installers relating to the Improvements and the Tangible Personal Property or any part thereof, except with the prior written consent of the Acquiror, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed. A complete list of all such warranties and guaranties in effect as of the date of this Agreement is attached hereto as Exhibit H.
