Common use of War or National Emergency Clause in Contracts

War or National Emergency. During time of war or national emergency, the Town shall have the right to lease the Airport, or the landing area, or any part thereof to the United States Government for military or naval use, and, any license or authority granted under these rules and any lease and agreement executed pursuant hereto shall be subject to such government lease and the provisions of the government lease shall control insofar as they are inconsistent with the said operators’ agreement, lease or authority.
