Common use of Walls Clause in Contracts

Walls. Purchaser acknowledges that he or she may not, without the prior written consent of the Executive Board of the Association, penetrate the Unit’s interior drywall (or other interior surface material) of any exterior wall or of any demising wall for any reason, including, by way of illustration, but not limitation, running speaker wire or cable in the Unit.
