Walkthrough. A walkthrough shall be a short classroom visit not to exceed fifteen minutes. Each building principal shall describe the expectations for the walkthrough to teachers. Walkthrough feedback shall be shared in a timely manner with the teacher via the eTPES system to help inform and improve instruction.

Walkthrough. An informal observation of at least four (4) consecutive minutes, but not more than twenty (20) consecutive minutes in duration.
Walkthrough. A work assignment walkthrough is an on-site review of the employee’s work assignment, or a portion of the employee’s work assignment, in which the employee and the employer review and discuss the individual elements of the work assignment at the specific location(s) where the work takes place. A walkthrough normally takes place after a review of the work assignment and is limited to the portion(s) of the work assignment at issue. A walkthrough shall be structured to resolve the dispute as efficiently as possible. An employee may perform elements of the work assignment during a walkthrough if the parties mutually agree that the performance of work is necessary to resolve the issue(s). A walkthrough normally takes place at the specific worksite and during the employee’s normal working hours. A walkthrough is not a time study of the employee’s work assignment. The aggrieved employee shall be paid for the time spent in a walkthrough. In buildings larger than 250,000 ft2, the building xxxxxxx shall be paid for the time spent in a walkthrough.

Walkthrough. Upon receipt of the Residence Substantial Completion Certificate for the Residence, Purchaser and Seller shall schedule a joint walk-through inspection of the Residence at any time prior to Closing (the “Walkthrough”). If Purchaser and Seller are unable to agree a mutually convenient time, Seller shall set the time of the Walkthrough and provide Purchaser with a minimum of fifteen (15) days notice of such time. Purchaser shall be free to attend the Walkthrough or to nominate a representative to attend in Purchaser’s place. If Purchaser does not attend or nominate a representative, Seller shall appoint an independent inspector to represent the Purchaser at the Walkthrough. As a result of such Walkthrough, Seller and Purchaser (or Purchaser’s representative or independent inspector as applicable) shall agree on all remaining works to be performed in order to complete the Residence in accordance with the Plans and Specifications (the “Punch List”). A detailed description of the Punch List work shall be included in a “Punch list Memorandum” prepared by the Seller. All work required pursuant to the Punch List Memorandum that cannot be completed prior to Closing shall be completed by Seller as soon as commercially reasonable following Closing, depending on the scope of the work indicated and may not be used as a reason to delay Closing. Purchaser agrees to give designated representatives of Seller access to the Residence, on reasonable notice, to complete the Punch List work. Seller shall not be responsible for any additional work not specified in the Punch List Memorandum. Purchaser’s acceptance of the Residence at Closing shall not be deemed a waiver of Purchaser’s right to have the Punch List items remedied at Seller’s sole expense.

Walkthrough. The YMCA and the User shall conduct an entry and exit walk-through to verify the condition of the reserved area(s) and to determine if any damage was caused to the Facility or equipment during the use period. At the completion of the entry and exit walk-throughs, the User and the YMCA shall sign a separate Facility Reservation Checklist verifying the condition of the room.
Walkthrough. Buyer shall have the right to conduct a walkthrough of the Property together with Seller not less than FIVE (5) days before Close of Escrow and prior to Buyer's occupation of the Property. Seller shall notify Buyer at least three days before the scheduled walkthrough of the appointed date and time. The walkthrough shall NOT BE A CONTINGENCY TO THE CLOSING OF THIS ESCROW, but to rather prepare a list of corrective work, if any, that is necessary. Seller shall be responsible only for those items mutually acknowledged by both Buyer and Seller in writing. Buyer's failure to conduct the walkthrough, the existence of minor defects in the Property, or any corrective work agreed to be performed by Seller shall not delay Close of Escrow or entitle Buyer to withhold any portion of the Purchase Price. Seller shall use reasonable efforts to commence any corrective work in a diligent manner prior to the Close of Escrow or at least prior to Buyer's occupation of the Property. However, completion of any corrective work shall NOT BE A CONDITION TO CLOSE OF ESCROW for the Property or Buyer's occupancy of the Property.
Walkthrough. Contractor agrees to a walkthrough with the Office of Communications to review all procedures and processes within 24 hours of filming. This must be conducted on a regular business day when the College is open.
