Walkthrough. An unannounced visitation of less than thirty (30) minutes, the substance of which may be used in the summary evaluation if it is shared in writing with the unit member within five (5) working days of the date of the walkthrough visitation. No conference will be held unless requested by the teacher or the assigned evaluator. A written rebuttal to the Walkthrough Report may be made by the employee within ten (10) working days after receipt of said report which shall be attached to the Walkthrough Report.
