WAKE COUNTY RESPONSIBILITIES. 3.1 For the Term of this Funding Agreement, Wake County agrees to direct funding up to the total amount of THIRTY ONE MILLION SIX HUNDREND TWENTY SIX THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED SIXTY THREE ($31,626,363) to Alliance. Alliance may use up to $620,125 of the funding to cover costs associated with administering the obligations set forth herein. The remainder of the funding shall be used exclusively for the purchase of behavioral health services for eligible Wake County residents to the extent that other first or third-party payor sources such as Medicaid, Medicare, private pay, insurance, or grant funding are not available, have been denied or exhausted, or State funding is not allocated by Alliance (“Wake County Services”). The total amount shall be allocated by program category as follows: Crisis Services $ 19,437,092 Treatment 6,325,000 Criminal Justice 180,250 Residential 1,268,396 Supports 3,195,500 Recovery 600,000 Administrative Support 620,125 3.2 The Program Categories presented above include the following services: 1. Crisis Services – Assessment, residential, inpatient and rapid response programs meant for the treatment of individuals in crisis. 2. Treatment – Adult outpatient treatment and urgent care and assessment and treatment for children in ▇▇▇▇▇▇ care.

  • City Responsibilities 2.8.1 CITY shall make available to CONSULTANT all technical data that is in CITY'S possession, reasonably required by CONSULTANT relating to the SERVICES. 2.8.2 CITY shall provide access to and make all provisions for CONSULTANT to enter upon public and private lands, to the fullest extent permitted by law, as reasonably required for CONSULTANT to perform the SERVICES. 2.8.3 CITY shall examine all reports, correspondence, and other documents presented by CONSULTANT upon request of CITY, and render, in writing, decisions pertaining thereto within a reasonable time so as not to delay the work of CONSULTANT. 2.8.4 It is expressly understood and agreed that all work done by CONSULTANT shall be subject to inspection and acceptance by CITY and approval of SERVICES shall not forfeit the right of CITY to require correction, and nothing contained herein shall relieve CONSULTANT of the responsibility of the SERVICES required under the terms of this Contract until all SERVICES have been completed and accepted by CITY.
