Waivers, Extensions and Releases. Lender may at any time and from time to time waive any one or more of the conditions contained herein or in any of the other Loan Documents, or extend the time of payment of the Loan, or release portions of the Collateral from the provisions of this Agreement and from the Mortgage or any other Security Document, but any such waiver, extension or release shall be deemed to be made in pursuance and not in modification hereof, and any such waiver in any instance, or under any particular circumstance, shall not be considered a waiver of such condition in any other instance or any other circumstance.
