Waiver of Terms and Conditions. Any party may, in its sole discretion, waive in writing any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Waivers of any covenant, term, or condition contained herein shall not be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same covenant, term, or condition.
