Waiver of Statutory Rights Concerning Condemnation. The provisions of this Lease, including, without limitation, Article XV hereof, constitute an express agreement between Lessor and Lessee with respect to any taking by power of eminent domain or condemnation (or deed in lieu thereof) and any statute or regulation of the State in which the Leased Property is located, including, without limitation, Section 1265.130 of the California Code of Civil Procedure, with respect to any rights or obligations concerning any such taking or condemnation (or deed in lieu thereof) shall have no application to this Lease and Lessee hereby waives any and all rights it might otherwise have pursuant to any such statute or regulation, including, without limitation, Section 1265.130 of the California Code of Civil Procedure.
