Common use of Waiver of Right to Petition Clause in Contracts

Waiver of Right to Petition. Except in the instance where the settlement is not adopted by the Regional Board, the Discharger hereby waives the right to petition the Regional Board’s adoption of the Stipulated Order as written for review by the State Board, and further waives the right, if any, to appeal the same to a California Superior Court and/or any California appellate level court.
