Common use of Waiver of Right to Petition Clause in Contracts

Waiver of Right to Petition. Except in the instance where the settlement is not adopted by the Los Angeles Water Board, the Discharger hereby waives the right to petition the Los Angeles Water Board’s adoption of the Stipulated Order to the State Water Board, and further waives the right, if any, to appeal the adopted Stipulated Order to a California Superior Court and/or any California appellate level court.
