Waiver of Right of Partition. 16.4 Each party waives the benefit of all provisions of law as now in effect or as enacted in future relating to actions of partition of real and personal property and agrees that for so long as this Agreement is in effect it will not resort to any action in law or in equity to partition the Property or any other real or personal property subject to this Agreement.
