Waiver of Remedies for any Breach. In the event that MTD elects to waive its remedies for any breach by Contractor of any covenant, term or condition of this Agreement, such waiver by MTD shall not limit MTD's remedies for any succeeding breach of that or of any other term, covenant, or condition of this Agreement. MTD Property. If, at termination, the Contractor has in its possession any property, whether completed or in progress, associated with the Project belonging to MTD, the Contractor shall return such property to MTD or otherwise dispense with in the manner MTD directs.
