Waiver of Personal Liability No member, officer, agent or employee of the Issuer or any of its program participants or any director, officer, agent or employee of the Borrower shall be individually or personally liable for the payment of any principal (or redemption price) or interest on the Bonds or any other sum hereunder or be subject to any personal liability or accountability by reason of the execution and delivery of this Loan Agreement; but nothing herein contained shall relieve any such member, director, officer, agent or employee from the performance of any official duty provided by law or by this Loan Agreement.
Waiver of Moral Rights Vendor hereby irrevocably and forever waives, and agrees never to assert, any Moral Rights in or to the Work Product which Vendor may now have or which may accrue to Vendor’s benefit under U.S. or foreign copyright or other laws and any and all other residual rights and benefits which arise under any other applicable law now in force or hereafter enacted. Use of Personal Leave An employee may use personal leave credits to conduct personal business that cannot be conducted outside of normal working hours and for personal emergencies.
Non-waiver of Legal Rights Execution of this Agreement by either Party does not confirm or imply that the executing Party agrees with any decision(s) issued pursuant to the Telecommunications Act of 1996 and the consequences of those decisions on specific language in this Agreement. Neither Party waives its rights to appeal or otherwise challenge any such decision(s) and each Party reserves all of its rights to pursue any and all legal and/or equitable remedies, including appeals of any such decision(s).
Transfer of Personal Data The Participant authorizes, agrees and unambiguously consents to the transmission by the Company (or any Subsidiary) of any personal data information related to the Option awarded under this Agreement for legitimate business purposes (including, without limitation, the administration of the Plan). This authorization and consent is freely given by the Participant.
Deletion of Personal Data Upon termination or expiration of the Agreement, Data Processor shall return and delete Customer Data, including Personal Data contained therein, as described in the Agreement.
Deletion and Return of Personal Data (1) Copies or duplicates of the data shall never be created without the knowledge of the Client, with the exception of back-up copies as far as they are necessary to ensure orderly data processing, as well as data required to meet regulatory requirements to retain data.
Waiver of Provisions Any waiver of any terms and conditions hereof must be in writing and signed by the parties hereto. The waiver of any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other terms and conditions hereof.
Notification of personal data breach 1. In case of any personal data breach, the data processor shall, without undue delay after having become aware of it, notify the data controller of the personal data breach.
RETURN AND DELETION OF PERSONAL DATA 7.1 We shall return to You and, to the extent allowed by applicable law, delete Your Personal Data as set out in the Agreement. We are obliged to ensure that any Sub-processors adhere to the same obligation
