Common use of Waiver of Personal Liability Clause in Contracts

Waiver of Personal Liability. No member, officer, agent or employee of the Issuer or any of its program participants or any director, officer, agent or employee of the Borrower shall be individually or personally liable for the payment of any principal (or redemption price) or interest on the Bonds or any other sum hereunder or be subject to any personal liability or accountability by reason of the execution and delivery of this Loan Agreement; but nothing herein contained shall relieve any such member, director, officer, agent or employee from the performance of any official duty provided by law or by this Loan Agreement.

Waiver of Personal Liability. No member, officer, agent or employee of the Issuer or any of its program participants Governmental Lender or any director, officer, agent or employee of the Borrower Governmental Lender shall be individually or personally liable for the payment of any principal (or redemption prepayment price) of or interest on the Bonds Funding Loan or any other sum hereunder or be subject to any personal liability or accountability by reason of the execution and delivery of this Borrower Loan Agreement; but nothing herein contained shall relieve any such member, director, officer, agent or employee from the performance of any official duty provided by law or by this Borrower Loan Agreement.

No member, officer, official, agent or employee of the Issuer or any of its program participants Authority or any director, officer, agent or employee of the Borrower shall be individually or personally liable for the payment of any principal ([or redemption purchase price) ] of or premium, if any, or interest on the Bonds or any other sum hereunder or be subject to any personal liability or accountability by reason of the execution and delivery of this Loan Agreement; but nothing herein contained shall relieve any such member, director, officer, agent or employee from the performance of any official duty provided by law or by this Loan Agreement.

Waiver of Personal Liability. No member, officer, agent or employee of the Issuer or any of its program participants or any director, officer, agent or employee of the Borrower shall be individually or personally liable for the payment of any principal (or redemption price) or interest on the Subordinate Bonds or any other sum hereunder or be subject to any personal liability or accountability by reason of the execution and delivery of this Subordinate Loan Agreement; but nothing herein contained shall relieve any such member, director, officer, agent or employee from the performance of any official duty provided by law or by this Subordinate Loan Agreement.

Waiver of Personal Liability.
