Waiver of Offset. The Servicer agrees to deliver to the Purchaser all amounts required by this Agreement to be delivered by the Servicer to the Purchaser free and clear of any offset, counterclaim or other deduction on account of, or in respect of, any Purchaser to the Servicer hereunder.
