Common use of Waiver of Notice of Meeting Clause in Contracts

Waiver of Notice of Meeting. Whenever any notice to a Member is required pursuant to this Section 7, each Member may waive such notice in writing at any time before or after the time for the delivery of such notice, and such written waiver of notice shall be equivalent to the giving of such notice. Attendance at any meeting by any Member to whom notice of such meeting must be given pursuant to this Section 7 shall constitute waiver of notice of such meeting by such Member, except when the Member attends such meeting for the express purpose of objecting, at the beginning of the meeting, to the transaction of any business at the meeting because the meeting is not lawfully called or convened.
