Common use of Waiver of Notice; Demand and Presentment Clause in Contracts

Waiver of Notice; Demand and Presentment. Except as may be expressly required in the Credit Agreement, this Security Agreement or the Code, Pledgor hereby waives any demand, notice of default, notice of acceleration of the maturity of the Obligations, notice of intention to accelerate the maturity of the Obligations, presentment, protest and notice of dishonor as to any action taken by Secured Party or the Lender Group in connection with this Security Agreement, or any instrument or document.
