Common use of Waiver of Moral Rights Clause in Contracts

Waiver of Moral Rights. Composer hereby irrevocably and without limitation and throughout the universe waives in favour of InStyle and InStyle’s assigns, successors and licensees any and all moral and like rights Composer may have in and to the Works or any photographs, biographical materials or other materials or works of any kind provided by Composer hereunder.
