Common use of Waiver of Moral Rights Clause in Contracts

Waiver of Moral Rights. The Supplier hereby irrevocably waives any rights they may have to be identified as the author of any copyright work produced pursuant to this Agreement under Sections 77 and 80 of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Xxx 0000. The Supplier undertakes to ensure that agents and sub-contractors shall not acquire any right to be identified as the authors of any copyright work.

The Supplier undertakes Consultant and the Contractor undertake to ensure that agents their directors, officers and sub-contractors employees shall not acquire any right to be identified as the authors of any copyright work.
