Waiver of Custom. Lessor shall have the right at all times, any law, usage or custom notwithstanding, to enforce strictly the provisions of this Lease, and the failure of Lessor at any time or times, strictly to enforce any provision hereof, shall not be construed as having created a custom or waiver in any way contrary to the specific provisions of this Lease or as having in any way or manner modified this Lease.
