Facilities and Service. We are a credit broker, not a lender. We may use insurance and finance providers who will conduct a credit check and share your payment record with other lenders, all of which will be recorded on your credit record. Please contact us if you do NOT consent to a credit check being undertaken, however this may affect our ability to offer instalment facilities to you. In relation to the provision of credit, we offer only the facilities provided by those of Premium Credit Limited from whom we may receive a commission. We will not offer you any advice on premium finance facilities available through us and you will need to decide yourself on the suitability of any credit agreement offered.

Facilities and Service. Office space and supporting utilities and services required by the Company may be provided by Emcore or GEL on terms and conditions to be agreed to by the Committee. Emcore and GEL may also provide administrative services including purchasing, employee relations, finance, systems, accounting and such other services as may be needed by the Company, pursuant to one or more Administrative Services Agreement(s) substantially in the form attached to this Agreement as Exhibit I, which agreement shall set forth the responsibilities for each of the personnel and services being provided and their cost allocation to the Company.

Facilities and Service. We may offer insurance products through an intermediary network who provide insurance products from a range of insurance companies. The intermediary we place you with will conduct a credit check, which will be recorded on your credit record. Please contact us if you do NOT consent to a credit check being undertaken, however this may affect the intermediary’s ability to offer instalment facilities to you. In relation to the provision of credit, this is provided directly by the intermediary we place you with and we do not receive commission for the provision of credit. We will not offer you any advice on premium finance facilities available and you will need to decide yourself on the suitability of any credit agreement offered. Please note: your policy cover will cease if you fail to keep up payments on an instalment agreement or premium finance facility related to it and your credit rating may be affected. In entering into a credit agreement to pay your insurance premium, you give the intermediary the legal right to cancel your insurance policy on your behalf in the event that you default on the loan, and offset any refunded premium against the outstanding amount owed to them. This means that if you default on your payment terms and the intermediary requests that we cancel your policy, we will do so as your agent.

  • Utilities and Services Tenant shall at its own expense provide the following utilities or services: Tenant must pay promptly as they become due all charges for furnishing [specify, e.g., water, electricity, garbage service, and other public utilities] to the premises during the lease term. Any such interruption--and any other inability on Landlord's part to fulfill Landlord's lease obligations resulting from any such cause--will not be considered an eviction or disturbance of Tenant's use and possession of the premises, or render Landlord liable to Tenant for damages, or relieve Tenant from performing Tenant's lease obligations.

  • Facilities and Equipment Except as set forth herein, Consultant shall, at its sole cost and expense, provide all facilities and equipment that may be necessary to perform the services required by this Agreement. City shall make available to Consultant only the facilities and equipment listed in this section, and only under the terms and conditions set forth herein. City shall furnish physical facilities such as desks, filing cabinets, and conference space, as may be reasonably necessary for Consultant’s use while consulting with City employees and reviewing records and the information in possession of the City. The location, quantity, and time of furnishing those facilities shall be in the sole discretion of City. In no event shall City be obligated to furnish any facility that may involve incurring any direct expense, including but not limited to computer, cellular telephone, long-distance telephone, or other communication charges, vehicles, and reproduction facilities. If the performance of the work specified in Exhibit A requires destructive testing or other work within the City’s public right-of-way, Consultant, or Consultant’s subconsultant, shall obtain an encroachment permit from the City.

  • FACILITIES, PAYMENTS AND SERVICES A. CONTRACTOR agrees to provide the services, staffing, facilities, and supplies in accordance with this Agreement. COUNTY shall compensate, and authorize, when applicable, said services. CONTRACTOR shall operate continuously throughout the term of this Agreement with at least the minimum number and type of staff which meet applicable federal and state requirements, and which are necessary for the provision of the services hereunder.

  • Facilities and Expenses The Employer will furnish the Employee with office space, equipment, supplies, computer and facsimile equipment, telephones (including cellular telephone), automobile or automobile allowance and such other facilities, support staff and personnel as the Employer deems necessary or appropriate for the performance of the Employee's duties under this Agreement. The Employer will reimburse the Employee for reasonable business expenses incurred by him on behalf of the Employer in the performance of his duties; provided, that Employee furnishes to Employer documentation of such expenses as is required by the Internal Revenue Service, as well as such other documentation as the Employer may reasonably request. In addition, the Employer shall reimburse the Employee or otherwise provide and pay for all approved professional affiliation expenses incurred by the Employee.   • Use of Facilities and Equipment The Union shall have the right to use school facilities for meetings and school equipment, including typewriters, mimeograph machines, other duplicating equipment, calculating machines, and all types of audio-visual equipment when such equipment is not otherwise in use. The Union shall pay for the cost of all materials and supplies incident to such use and shall be responsible for proper operation of all such equipment.
