Common use of Waiver of Anti-dilution Protection Clause in Contracts

Waiver of Anti-dilution Protection. Each Supporter hereby waives, forfeits, surrenders and agrees not to exercise, assert or claim, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable Law, any anti-dilution protection (if any) pursuant to the Organizational Documents of Purchaser in connection with the Transactions. Each Supporter acknowledges and agrees that (i) this Section 4 shall constitute written consent waiving, forfeiting and surrendering any anti-dilution protection pursuant to the Organizational Documents of Purchaser in connection with the Transactions; and (ii) such waiver, forfeiture and surrender granted hereunder shall only terminate upon the termination of this Agreement.

Each Supporter of the Shareholders hereby waives, forfeits, surrenders and agrees not to exercise, assert or claim, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable Law, any anti-dilution protection (if any) pursuant to the Organizational Documents of Purchaser the Company in connection with the Transactions. Each Supporter Shareholder acknowledges and agrees that (i) this Section 4 5.7 shall constitute written consent waiving, forfeiting and surrendering any anti-dilution protection pursuant to the Organizational Documents of Purchaser the Company in connection with the Transactions; and (ii) such waiver, forfeiture and surrender granted hereunder shall only terminate upon the termination of this Agreement.
