Common use of Waiver of Anti-dilution Protection Clause in Contracts

Waiver of Anti-dilution Protection. To the extent that the provisions of Sections 3(e), 3(f), 3(g) and 3(h) apply to Preferred Stock, such provisions may be waived by the written consent of the holders of at least sixty-seven percent (67%) in voting power of shares of Preferred Stock then outstanding. For the purposes of this Section 3(i), a waiver on one occasion shall not constitute a waiver on any further occasion.
