Common use of Waiver; Amendments Clause in Contracts

Waiver; Amendments. No amendment or waiver of any provision of this Agreement or any other Loan Document nor consent to any departure by the Borrower therefrom shall in any event be effective unless the same shall be in writing and (x) in the case of any such waiver or consent, signed by the Lender and (y) in the case of any other amendment, by the Lender and the Borrower, and then any such waiver or consent shall be effective only in the specific instance and for the specific purpose for which given.

No amendment or waiver of any provision of this Agreement or any other Loan Document nor consent to any departure by the any Borrower therefrom shall in any event be effective unless the same shall be in writing and (x) in the case of any such waiver or consent, signed by the Lender and (y) in the case of any other amendment, by the Lender and the each Borrower, and then any such waiver or consent shall be effective only in the specific instance and for the specific purpose for which given.
