WAITING AND REPORTING TIME. 15.01 When an employee, on initial hire or transfer to a project, is instructed by the Employer to report to a job location on a certain day but is not placed to work until a later date, they shall be entitled to two (2) hours pay, plus subsistence if applicable, for each of the first two (2) regular working days they are kept waiting. Thereafter the waiting pay shall be increased to a full day of pay (i.e. eight (8) hours) for each regular working day. This waiting pay shall continue until the employee is given work or released from the job in which latter case Article 15.02 (c) shall govern.
