Wages, Hours, Terms and Conditions for Temporary Classifications. The wages, hours, terms and conditions of employment in temporary or summer help positions shall be at the sole discretion of the BOARD/Administration, without any need to negotiate or give notice of such to the BCEA. The terms and conditions of this AGREEMENT do not apply to employment in temporary or summer help positions, except that Classified employees working in such positions earn sick leave at the rate specified in Article 6, Section 6.09.
