Wage Reduction. In order to participate in the Pension Trust all bargaining 21 unit employees shall have their wage rate reduced by the amount of the County’s contribution on the 22 employee’s behalf pursuant to Section 14.4.1. The parties agree and understand that this contribution 23 shall not be reported as part of the employees’ wage to the State Department of Retirement Systems 24 or the Internal Revenue Service, nor shall this contribution be part of the employees’ wage for 25 computation of overtime or any salary-based premium pay.
